STORE POLICIES

At Nibbles & Yawns, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us so we may clarify it for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All purchases will incur a shipping cost of R85.

  • Free shipping will be provided for purchases over R700 in a single transaction. 

  • All our goods are handmade and are on hand however please allow a lead time of 2-7 working days (occasionally this might take up to 10 working days, usually only for outlying areas) from receipt of confirmed order and full payment. Your order will be delivered sooner if possible.

  • Our packaging team and couriers do not package or deliver on weekends and public holidays, so placing orders during these times will incur a delay with your order.

  • You will be notified when your parcel has left our premises.  

       Remote Areas

  • Delivery surcharges and or time delays to remote areas may apply, please also allow for extra time for your delivery. We will notify you via email should this be the case.

PRODUCTS  POLICY

 

  • Illustrations, photographs or descriptions whether on this website, Instagram or sent to you by Nibbles & Yawns via price lists or other documents issued by Nibbles & Yawns are intended as a guide only and shall not be binding to Nibbles & Yawns.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to the lighting and different screen resolutions.

  • Each product may not be exactly the same due to the nature of products being handmade.

  • Nibbles & Yawns shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any willful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow Nibbles & Yawns instructions (whether given orally or in writing), misuse or alteration of the items without the Supplier’s prior approval.

  • Nibbles & Yawns do the best to source and use quality fabrics, every care has been taken to avoid shrinkage and loss of colour on our items, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect washing and colour fastness.

RETURNS POLICY

  • For hygiene and quality assured purposes  we do not do returns and refunds.

  • If for any reason agreed upon, goods need to be returned, you are responsible

  • for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

  • Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping.

  • All custom made orders are made especially for you and are therefore final sales. We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing flaw.

PRIVACY POLICY

Trust Us with Your Information

  • Nibbles & Yawns are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to all web pages related to this website. The information gathered on the Nibbles & Yawns website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other than identifying the products you like and buy most often. None of the information will be sold or made available to any other companies or parties.

  • With regards to your personal information when an order is placed with us, it will only be used for its' intended purposes, to get your purchase order to you, therefore being shared with relevant parties such as those packing the order and our courier services.

  • When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address to be able to contact our Visitors and Customers with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.

  •  Your banking details will not be stored by us as your payment will be going through an independent, trusted and safe payment gateway.

  • By using the Nibbles & Yawns website or any of its social media platforms, you are accepting our privacy policy and our terms and conditions. Your continued use of the website following the posting changes to these terms will mean that you accept these changes.
